The service you extend is second to none, I have ordered from you before but just a few days from Christmas I decided I wanted another piece of carpet to match one from you already in my kitchen, so left a message to ask if the size i wanted could be done, as it happened it could not, but the help from the chap who rang me sorted that out, so without really expecting to get it for Christmas placed the order over the phone.
I was delighted to receive a parcel Saturday morning with my piece of carpet in it, and with just a little snip here and there ( as I was told I could do ) it was in place, making my kitchen feel like new and all matching up so nicely for Christmas.
When I need any carpet in future I will be knocking at your door excellent service and so friendly too.
